Refund & Returns Policy

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order with Zentrix Barber. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as items are forwarded to our fulfilment partners shortly after an order is placed. After this window, an order has entered processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and our international fulfilment model, we operate a limited returns policy. Return requests are reviewed individually and must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be considered, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in fully resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, opened, or unsealed (for hygiene reasons)
  • Grooming, skin care, and personal-use products
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received an incorrect product, please get in touch through our contact page within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs. Each case is reviewed on an individual basis, and we will respond with the options available for your specific situation.

Return Shipping

Where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Processing

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Any resolution offered is determined at our discretion following inspection and in line with the conditions set out in this policy.
